These classes are open to the public.  If you would like to request for Aleena to teach
bellydance classes whether it's privately, or publicly please email Aleena at.  Aleena
is available to teach group bellydance lessons and workshops at various venues
including; dance and fitness studios, cultural centers, private lessons for individuals
or groups, bellydance lessons at parties and social gatherings, holiday events and
more.  

Bellydance is a safe physical workout that has many wonderful benefits, including;
improved posture, flexibility, coordination and endurance.  The dance strengthens
and tones the body as well.  Experience the mystery of this enduring dance in an
enjoyable and supportive atmosphere.  No prior dance training is necessary.
