Q.  How is merchandise shipped?
A.  Orders are generally shipped via UPS standard mail.  If you order multiple items, they
may arrive in separate packages.  We reserve the right to use alternate carriers when
needed.

Where can you ship merchandise?
A.  We will only ship within the lower contiguous 48 states and will not ship to P.O. Boxes
or military addresses. You will be required to provide a telephone number for the delivery
address.

Q.  
How long should it take for my shipment to arrive?
A.  Merchandise should generally arrive in 7-14 days, depending on location.  The
shipping time frame is contingent upon credit card approval, or check clearance and may
be delayed should we experience difficulties in obtaining authorization.  If your product is
on backorder and will not be shipped for over 5 days, we will contact you to see if you
would like to cancel the order.  
(Between November 15th and December 31st,
please allow us up to 5 additional business days for delivery time.)  

Q.  What are the shipping & handling expenses?
A.  Standard Shipping & Handling is calculated at the following rates:

Local orders that qualify for pick up drop off will not be billed shipping & handling charges.

Q. How will I know if the product is available?
A.  Although items rarely go out of stock, it is a possibility.  If the item should become out
of stock or on backorder we will contact you ASAP.   

Q.
What happens if my shipment arrives damaged?
A.  If your order arrives in a damaged condition, save the merchandise AND the original
box and packing it arrived in, and notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection
and a pick up of the damaged merchandise.

Q.  
What is the Gift Shop return policy?
A.  We offer a 20 day return policy for Gift Shop Purchases.  To return merchandise call
customer service at:  (888) 777-8370, or email:
info@EasternInspirations.com.  Select
items do not qualify for this return policy including classes by Aleena.
 This will
generally be notated in the product description as no refunds/returns.

Returns must follow the guidelines below:

Call, or email within 5 days of receiving your shipment, to notify us that you wish to return
the merchandise.  No returns will be authorized unless called in within 5 days of receiving
shipment, and your shipment must be shipped back to us within 20 days of receipt of
shipment.

All returned products MUST contain ALL original boxes and packaging materials.

Once our return department authorizes a return, you should:

Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.

Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.

Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned
merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over
$100.00 should be insured. We cannot be held liable for return merchandise that does
not reach our return department.

*  We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and
processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment
originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return.

*  We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.  You are
responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with
no fault on our part.

Q.  What happens if I decide to cancel my order?
A.  You must cancel your order within 24 hours, otherwise the order will be shipped and
you must go through the return merchandise procedure.
